  • Screening, applications,credit check,reference checks  and interviews.

  • Proper Feed Back

  • Preparation of Customized lease agreement as per Landlords requirement

  • Collection of first and last months rent on Landlord's behalf

  • Distribution of signed lease agreement to Landlord and Tenant

  • Keep on file any information pertaining to the tenant’s application

Once the move-in of the new tenant has been taken place, then the landlord assumes all responsibilities of rent collection and day to day management of the property. Any additional services required will be done on a “per fee basis”.

Lease Fee: One Month’s Rent per one Year Lease Agreement



Gold Package

In this Package  following Pre-Leasing and Post-Leasing services are offered:

Pre-Leasing
