Silver Package
In this Package following services are offered:
- Rental Assessment of the property

- Screening, applications,credit check,reference checks and interviews.
- Proper Feed Back
- Preparation of Customized lease agreement as per Landlords requirement
- Collection of first and last months rent on Landlord's behalf
- Distribution of signed lease agreement to Landlord and Tenant
- Keep on file any information pertaining to the tenant’s application
Once the move-in of the new tenant has been taken place, then the landlord assumes all responsibilities of rent collection and day to day management of the property. Any additional services required will be done on a “per fee basis”.
Lease Fee: One Month’s Rent per one Year Lease Agreement
Gold Package
In this Package following Pre-Leasing and Post-Leasing services are offered:
Pre-Leasing

- Field all tenant calls
- Reporting of any routine required maintenance and repairs (new home construction service follow-ups are the responsibility of the landlord)
- Regular Property visits
- Pre and Post Leasing property inspections
- Regular communication with the landlord reporting any updates & concerns
- Regular communication with tenants and take care of their concerns
- Serving of N4’s and collection of NSF fees
Lease fee: One Month’s Rent per one Year Lease Agreement
Monthly Management Fee: 8% of monthly rent
