Salespersons and Brokers Who would like to maintain their licence in good standing with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) while minimizing the costs involved in holding a licence at a typical full service real estate brokerage. They will not have access to the MLS, WEBforms or any other service offered via organized real estate during the Parked Licence period.
Metro King Realty has two offices, both registered under RECO, one being a member of TREB and other office is not associated with any board. If you choose to park your license with us, you will be registered at the address for the non-member office which will substantially reduce the costs involved in maintaining your real estate licence.
